Had Bryce come and replace 4 of our vents with metal vents that keep rodents and birds out. Bryce was on time, friendly and cleaned up after himself. John the owner was also a pleasure to deal with

Our dryer wouldn’t dry properly. We had to put half the load in on high heat for over an hour. We were worried about risk of fire. The Dryer Vent Experts fixed it. Bryce cleaned out our vent and now our dryer works like new! We can dry a full load of jeans and towels in 45 minutes on medium heat. Hurray! The other company, recommended by the big box store couldn’t even move the stacking unit away from the wall. Ugh! Call these Guys instead! -Russell

We've been having issues with our dryers for the past 5 years. Turns out Bryce went on our roof and in the attic just to discover that the dryer vent was shingled over!! Not even the roofing company figured that out so we thought it was always our dryers (this is our 3rd dryer since 2011, when the roodf was done). Thank you so much, finally, we know what the problem is and were able to fix it!!!! Highly recommend.

I live in a townhouse condo and am on the Condo Board as well. Some of the units in our complex have extremely long dryer vent lines and my unit is one of these. Since it had been a while since I had my dryer vent line cleaned, I called The Dryer Vent Experts to come out and clean my line. I was booked in the day after I called for an appointment.
Bryce came out and discussed with me and another board member what our options were for the complex as there are quite a few units with lines like mine that could end up being a fire hazard if not properly maintained.
Bryce then proceeded to clean my line and explain a lot of things to me about the process. He was very courteous and professional. Made sure to clean up any lint that fell from the line during the cleaning and even taped some of the duct that was coming apart back together for me.
I will definitely recommend this company to others and will for sure have them back in to clean my line again when it's time.

I was having some problems with water stains on some of my ceilings so I cut a few holes to take a look. The water was coming from condensation on the furnace & dryer vent pipes which were never properly connected to the outside wall. Inside the wall, someone used packing tape which had completely dried out and come lose. The vent was corrugated and full of lint. Having the dryer exhaust into the air space instead of outside the house was causing condensation on the furnace ducts which was dripping onto the ceiling.
I had previously spoken to Chesneys about this and they pretty much gave me a blank stare and said they couldn't really do anything about it.
Bryce came over and did a very nice job of putting in a straight metal duct, taping it up properly and vented it to the outside without loss of air inside the house. He was cordial and conscientious. Considering this problem has been bothering me for a number of years, their price was reasonable and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I would definitely use them again.
